Keira Montclair is an Amazon bestselling historical romance author. Under her pen name (a name taken from her mother’s childhood), she finds her passion in writing historical and contemporary novels that embody fast-paced, emotional romance with children as secondary characters in her stories. Keira worked as a registered nurse in pediatrics and recovery room nursing. Teaching is another love of Keira’s, as she has taught both high school mathematics and practical nursing. She weaves knowledge and experience gained from both professions into her writing.
Much of her time is spent writing, but of course there is never enough time to write everything she wants! When Keira is not writing in her residential state of South Carolina, she and her husband enjoy traveling to visit their two children. Her son lives in Charleston, SC with his wife and beloved black lab. They have just welcomed their second child. She has two grandsons to dote on in SC, Prince R and Prince W. Keira’s daughter lives in Western New York with the “twincesses.”
She also loves to read, do puzzles, and adores anything with numbers.
